Overview:
Panasonic's HDC-SX5 HD camcorder gives you the option to record to DVD or to SDHC cards, giving this camcorder "Hybrid" functionality. The HDC-SX5 is perfect for capturing family gatherings or sporting events that you want to get up on the web ASAP. Recording your video directly to DVD allows for easy storage and viewing while SDHC cards give you the ability to download quickly to your PC for emailing or for sharing on sites such as YouTube or MySpace.
The HDC-SX5 comes with a 2.7" LCD screen, three 1/6" CCD sensors, a Leica Diomar lens with 10x optical zoom, Pre-Rec function (captures three seconds of video before you start to record), and Advanced Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).
