Of all the events that are coming up for our Tent Show, we are REALLY excited of our Evening with John Issac taking place on Thursday, October 7th at 7 PM. It will be at the Turn of River Firehouse Auditorium at 268 Turn of River Rd. in Stamford. Mr. Issac will speak about his full body of work, which include his years as official photographer for the United Nations, as well as providing extensive photographic coverage for UNICEF, working closely with several pop culture icons including the late "King of Pop" Michael Jackson, legendary actress Audrey Hepburn and famed tenor Luciano Pavarotti. More recently, Mr.Isaac has turned his Olympus E-System cameras, Zuiko lenses as well as the new Olympus PEN camera system toward wildlife and nature photography projects, releasing The Vale of Kashmir, named one of the year’s best photography books by American Photo magazine in 2008. It will an inspiring and educational evening with one of the most acclaimed photographers in the world! confirmed what we had previously written about the new Sony A55, saying that in the A55 (and A33), Sony is "introducing radical new design ideas that, in this case, really advance the state of the art". This coming fall and holiday season truly offers more new camera options than ever before and we're excited to show them to you!
